Gravity Skatewheel conveyor is ideally used to convey lightweight packages or when operation requires lightweight sections. Skatewheel is useful in setting up temporary conveyor lines in warehousing activities, shipping departments, assembly areas, etc. Skatewheel curves add to the versatility of straight conveyors and provide excellent package orientation because of the differential action of wheels. Curves will convey product with minimum amount of pitch based on weight and size.

  • Overall Widths: 12", 15", 18", & 24"
  • 30°, 45°, 60°, & 90° curves
  • Axles on 3" centers
  • Bed - 2-1/2" deep x 1" flange x 12 ga. formed steel powder painted
  • 1-15/16" O.D. steel wheels
  • Straight sections have bolts on one end, hooks on opposite end
  • Curved sections have gravity hooks on both ends
  • Capacity - Maximum load per wheel 65 lbs. steel
